• 5. Permissions Used in the Apps
  Depending on the app, the following permissions may be required:
  1. Files – For uploading student images, assignments, ID verification
  2. Storage/Files – To upload/download homework, circulars, notes
  3. Location Permission (In-Time & Out-Time for Employees) For attendance tracking and staff management, the app requires location access at the time of employee check-in and check-out. This ensures accurate attendance records and prevents misuse of remote check-ins. The location data is used only during these events and is not tracked continuously in the background.

  5. Notification Access – For alerts, homework, and updates
  6. Camera Permission
     1. This application uses the device camera only for scanning QR codes and barcodes as part of its functional features.
     2. The camera is activated only when initiated by the user
     3. We do not record, capture, or store any photos or videos
     4. Camera data is not saved, transmitted, or shared with any third party
     5. No personal information is collected through camera access
     6. Camera access is used strictly for in-app functionality such as verification or scanning purposes
